The Philippine Unit Investment Trust Funds stayed its upward
trend ending the month of February on the progressive note. Influenced by the
mixed performances of the stock market, both equity and balanced funds slowed
its pace especially on the last week of the month but still both funds ended
the month on high notes. The fixed income funds remained its steady growth
fueled by the positive outlook of the economic climate.
